VidMoprh is a very simple and easy-to-use video morphing app. It doesn't really do much, to be honest. It can create morphing animations with your pictures. To do this, the application uses a wizard assistant that asks you to first add a starting photo and then a final photo. VidMorph will then create a stock animation. You can preview it, which will bring up a video player. You can crop pictures before adding them, in case you want to only use the face of a person instead of a whole body snapshot.
Once you are finished adding the pictures, you will be taken to the main window. Over the pictures that you selected will appear a sort of modifiable grid. You can then move certain points of the grid to influence the way the morphing will occur. There is no on-screen information regarding this, so I am unsure of how the moving of the dots in the grid affects the morphing. I just know that it does.
When you hit the "Morph" button, a new screen will appear with some rendering options. Those include the framerate, the duration of the video, and some size options. The following screen (remember, it's all presented to you in a wizard) offers some encoding options. Here you can choose in what format your video will be saved. Flash, WMV, AVI, and MP4 are all available.
A little more on-screen help will come a long way in making this application more usable and enjoyable to use. Still, it can produce 2-picture morphing videos that really look good, provided you guess the right options.
